Dear Izzy, I remember when we called you in the middle of a snow storm because of the number we saw on a For Sale sign. You were there in ten minutes, ready to help us with a warm, welcoming smile, and NO COAT! Then we tortured you with our indecisiveness for a couple of months and even made you spend the entire day on Super Bowl Sunday waiting for us at your office to drive up to Big Bear. And still you were smiling. Anyway, you're just the most awesome person! We are happy to call you our friend now in this close knit community. Our mountain log home was a great deal and everything we were looking for. You protected us from a lot of the BS and it was great having you in our corner. Thank you sooooooooo much.
