Dear Izzy, I remember when we called you in the middle of a snow storm because of the number we saw on a For Sale sign. You were there in ten minutes, ready to help us with a warm, welcoming smile, and NO COAT! Then we tortured you with our indecisiveness for a couple of months and even made you spend the entire day on Super Bowl Sunday waiting for us at your office to drive up to Big Bear. And still you were smiling. Anyway, you're just the most awesome person! We are happy to call you our friend now in this close knit community. Israel was great from beginning to end. He did a fantastic job
finding houses for us to look at although we only gave him 3
hours notice. He only showed us the types of homes we were
really interested in and we found a great house within a week of
first meeting Izzy. He's been super helpful even after escrow
closed and has been there for us and our 2nd home helping with
lots of things like getting repairs arranged, supervising delivery
and installation of appliances, and more. Big thumbs up for
Izzy!

Izzy was wonderful to work with. We tried to purchase a home
in Big Bear Lake (Boulder Bay) in 2008 and pulled out of
escrow because we weren't comfortable with the loan terms.
